UC Stealth holster instructions.

Hello everyone, I have been busy making some gear and did not find time to make a post in a while, so here is a quick post on how to change and adjust the belt clips on the UC Stealth holster.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTACHING BELT CLIPS TO THE UC STEALTH HOLSTER.

Tools needed: 3/32” allen wrench, medium strength thread locking compound.

Hardware: 1 – 1/8” Chicago screw backing, 1 – 1/8” rubber spacer, 1 – 1/4” screw and 1 – spring steel belt clip.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-9

Placing the 1/8” threaded backer into the lower mounting hole from the inside of the holster, hold in place with finger.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-10

Place the 1/8” rubber spacer over the backer from the outside of the holster and press firmly into place so the backer is held in place by the rubber spacer.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-11

Place the spring steel belt clip over the rubber spacer lining up the mounting holes.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-12

Take the 1/4” long screw, at this point we recommend using a light to medium strength thread locker on the threads of the screw and thread the screw into the threaded backer, then tighten to desired tension. More tension will lessen the swing of the belt loop.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-13

With the tension adjusted to your liking, you are ready to use your UC Stealth holster.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THE NYLON BELT LOOP.

Tools needed: 3/32” allen wrench, medium strength thread locking compound.

Hardware: 2 – 3/16” Chicago screw backings, 2 – 1/4” rubber spacers, 2 – 1/2” screws and 1 – nylon belt clip.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-9

The nylon belt clip is adjustable for ride height and cant, the top two holes are used for a deep IWB carry, the lower two holes will raise the holster slightly to allow a better grip when drawing the gun. To put a forward cant on the holster, use the holes pictured in the next 3 photos, to use a rear cant, use the opposite mounting holes.

From inside the holster, insert threaded backing.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-1

Holding the backing in place with finger, place a 1/4” rubber spacer over the backing from outside and press the spacer over the backing to seat spacer in place.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-2

Rubber spacer in place over the backer.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-3

Repeat step 1-3 on second hole.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-4

Place the nylon belt clip over the rubber spacers lining up the mounting holes.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-5

Place 1/2” long screw through the finishing washer. At this point we recommend using thread locking compound of your choice of light to medium strenght.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-6

Thread the screws with the finishing washers through the mounting holes on the belt clip and the holster, tighten just to the point where the rubber spacers start to balloon out slightly.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-7

Photo of the rubber spacers at the default setting, can be tightened for a more secure fit, this will be harder to take off the belt and will put more stress on the belt clip.

UCS-INSTRUCTIONS-8

You are now ready to use your UC Stealth holster. If you have any questions, please email us, or call us and we will be happy to answer any questions related to our products.

Be safe and carry responsibly.

Marty.
